Annual Registration Fee:
There is a $35 per student registration fee due at the time of enrollment and is non-refundable.

Tuition Policy
Tuition is based on the full academic year, running from September through June, and is divided into 10 equal monthly payments for simplicity. The first payment, along with the registration fee, is due at the time of enrollment. All subsequent payments are due on the 1st of each month. Although the number of classes may vary each month, the monthly tuition remains the same, as it is calculated based on the total yearly tuition cost. Because of this, there is no pro-rating for shorter months or for missed classes. If tuition is not received by the 10th of the month, a statement will be sent via email and a late fee will be applied to the account. Please note that all tuition and fees are non-refundable, even in the event of a withdrawal for any reason.
Make-up Classes
In the event of vacation or illness, make-up classes may be taken in any other appropriate class within the same month as the missed class. Make-up classes must be scheduled online in advance and can only be reserved in classes that are not currently full. If all suitable classes for your student’s age group are full, we will not be able to accommodate a make-up. Please note that no credit or refunds will be given for missed classes.
Withdraw
A 30-day written notice is required for withdrawal and to stop automatic billing. All withdrawal requests must be submitted via email. Your account will continue to be billed for 30 days from the date the written notice is received. If your final day falls in the middle of a month, the final payment will be prorated accordingly. Please note that once tuition is paid, it is non-refundable, even in the event of a withdrawal for any reason.
